How It Started
A Small Group Question That Changed Everything
It started with a simple question in a small group: "Does anyone know a trustworthy plumber?" The room lit up — not just with a name, but with a story. A brother who had been burned by a dishonest contractor. A sister who needed work done but couldn't afford to risk another bad experience.
That conversation revealed something: Christians in the marketplace were isolated from one another. They were doing business with strangers when they had a whole community of trusted, faith-driven professionals right in their pews.
Thomas Conduff went home that night and started writing. Within a month, the Christian Brothers Referral Network had its first members.

The Christian Brothers Referral Network is nondenominational and welcomes all who confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We don't require a specific church affiliation — only a genuine faith and a commitment to doing business with integrity.
